We use the self-hosted web analytics software Matomo on this website to evaluate website usage statistically and to improve our services. Matomo is operated on our own webspace at boatstorage.kalimba.blue/matomo/.

The data processed may include page views, time spent on pages, entry and exit pages, referring websites, browser type, operating system, device type and technical access data.

Matomo is integrated without setting Matomo tracking cookies. The browser's Do Not Track setting is also respected.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is privacy-conscious audience measurement, technical monitoring and improvement of the website.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not use tracking cookies for Matomo. Analytics, marketing or advertising cookies from other providers are not currently used either.

At present, the website does not embed external fonts, social-media plugins, maps, videos, analytics tools or advertising networks. Images and program files are loaded from the website's own webspace.

In connection with hosting and the self-hosted Matomo system, IONOS SE may process personal data to the extent necessary to technically provide, measure and secure the website. Other disclosures take place only where permitted by law, required for the performance of a contract or based on your consent.

This Privacy Policy describes data processing on the website. Information about storage and synchronisation of data within the BoatStorage app will be added once the final technical design of the app has been confirmed.
